Be nice if they unveiled the jerseys and announced they were gonna hang a banner that has a picture of this guy and his number next to Clarkie's banner
- Jsaquella
With the HHOF induction it's a formality that that ceremony will happen this year.
EDIT: They just need to find the game where it works for Eric to be in attendance. Preferably against another team he played for. |

So our bottom 6 is still in question. Mike Richards still unsigned? Push compitition, make training camp interesting.
PTO if he can pass a drug test. - roenick97

I already see Vandevelde being pushed out and Gordon is almost a lock for the 4th line center spot because he is being counted on for face-offs and PK work.
- J35Bacher
Richards is well down the list of UFA forwards I'd give a PTO to. If they wanted to make 4C more of a competition, they could bring Dominic Moore into camp.

Maybe January 26 vs Toronto? I don't think they do it during a Rangers game. So Toronto or Dallas would be the options. I'd choose Toronto with Eric's history from that area. |

I don't think they need him. Gordon is great FO guy which is something they needed to help with taking some of the draws away from Giroux.
They seem to be high on Bardreau so I don't think any vet makes sense on a pto.
I would use a PTO on a young player. Someone like Pirri if unsigned or tyler biggs a former first rounder. But not a vet. |

So a prospect like Crouse is the cost of dumping a contract with 3 years left at $5.5 million. |

I actually think it's a pretty good deal for both sides. I likely would have held out for something better if I was Arizona, but they're giving up very little for a solid gamble |

I like the deal for AZ. they can recoup picks at the Deadline if needed and they can take the cap hit while they let youth play and develop. |

No idea. Stat crowd doesn't appear to be a fan of his. He was 38th in scoring in the OHL last year. |

38th??? Wasn't he the "most NHL-ready" player outside of McDavid and Eichel? |

Yeah but the Coyotes can take the chance. Also it adds size to a team that seems to lack it a little with their star guys like Domi and DuClair.
If he can develop into a Lucic type for them its a solid deal for them |

How the hell did the Yokes get Bolland and Crouse from Florida for a second and a third? |

This has to be one of the higher prices to be paid in terms of prospects for a cap dump. 2nd and 3rd should be good picks though |

Not that Hextall is aware of every pending deal but this deal in retirn for the Coyotes would help the Flyers. Young depth and potenial on the left side and a healthy Bolland on the third line. |

What makes you think Bolland is healthy? How would the Flyers fit his $5.5m cap hit?

Unlike cap dumps like Pronger and Datsyuk, Bolland is still owed a lot of money. $16.5 million. Maybe insurance covers some of that, but I doubt it covers all of it. |
