I kinda hope the guy makes it.

He's just a different dimension that everything else we have on the team, save for maybe Martin.

He'll take league minimum and he won't have any problem as a healthy scratch either.

While they are at it, send Laich, Lupul, and Froese along with them.
Holland I would give one more chance, if he hasn't figured out he actually has to break sweat to succeed in the NHL, send his butt packing too.

Holland is actually very hard working. Makes up for his lack of Superstarness.

Same with the sox.

I've been working too hard, but man I'm maybe a week or two away from managing my team for who you know I work for. So that's huge, especially age wise. Hopefully it works out, I've definitely proven I can handle it operations wise they're just worried about a 24 yo managing orher's careers, which is understandable.

More details on the Encarnacion lawsuit have come to light:

https://www.thestar.com/s...over-std-allegations.html

This sucks, really sucks for everyone involved. Wrap it up boys, wrap it up.

The main thing that puzzles me is how they expect to prove that he knowingly had these STDs; both can be asymptomatic (especially for men).

You know what's better than winning this lawsuit ???.....

I've applied and interviewed and the people that have interviewed me said they were amazed "I had the stones" to apply for it. I felt the interviews went well so we'll see. I apppreciate it! one interview I had the interviewer literally said you know how to manage the team operational wise (because I've done it for months) but we want to see what you'd be like managerial wise. So the whole interview was managerial oriented. And truthfully, I had a manager that hired me as an intern that helped mold me into what I am. More like a teacher. And I explained that's what I want to do for someone else, which is the truth, and they loved it. We'll see though, it's still a long shot. I'd be managing 3 people in Boston and 6 in India so at my age, I'm expecting them to hire elsewhere to be honest.
