+ and - to everything buddy.
goalies who are big rely on angles (sometimes too much) - but have higher % chance of making the first save.
perhaps a smaller goalie may play the angle differently, opening up for a snipe, but will be better positioned for making the second save? who knows, just saying...everything in life has + and -! - Lucas.Neilson
oh i agree..
I just think in the grand scheme of things, smaller goalies are a thing of the past. Hopefully he does well tho |

Andersen playing 55 games + will be what im most interested in, afterall; we shouldn't be in the mix for a top seeding finish, one more year of pain! |

I have a fish trip coming up - Lucas.Neilson
I discovered on the weekend that cleaning a fish with a dull fishing knife is frustrating.
My buddy got a 5.5 pound largemouth though, biggest fish I have seen come out of that lake |

Small goalie wearing even smaller equipment this year.. - Arctic_AARDVARK
Chances seem slim the new gear goes ahead since they haven't provided the guidelines to goaltenders yet. Think I read an article here on the buzz about it, with Ryan Miller doing his usual crying about something. |

Eating and keeping a 5.5 lbs Large Mouth was the first mistake. The frustration with the dull knife was a reminder not to keep a LM Bass to eat. Sorry, fishing gods aren't very pleased !! |

I should add a "where do you think the Leafs will finish" to the google doc but I got a new laptop from IT so the link to that doc is just a fond memory. |

Naw we throw the big and small ones back. Only cleaned one fish, about 3 pounds. It was such a gong show trying to clean it we decided that was enough this weekend.

Hah!
We always throw the big fish back. The one we cleaned was very good to eat, just a pain in the ass to clean.

Apparently it's only me and Garf who predict Marner will not play the whole year with the Leafs. - 1979AD

Add to that our co-affinity for young men in jean shorts and the pieces start falling into place, don't they? |

good man, ive seen people keep .5 pounders and 6 pounders and both make me wonder, wtf!
they taste like crap that big anyhow, all soft!
fileting with a dull knife is like skinning a cat with a comb, not that I've tried but I could imagine |
