I didnt think id be excited about the WCH but i kinda am now.

Maybe its because 2 and a half months of no hockey is harder to take than id like to admit.. But i really think seeing Matthews playing alongside some of the other great young talent is going to be a treat. I hope he becomes one of the main go to guys on the team. It could really change how the hockey minds see the game if the N.A. team succeeds.

Team North America really hurts Team USA.

A lot of good young kids that probably should be playing for the Red, White and Blue.

I don't think Team Canada suffers, other than McDavid.

I think it's the one thing that is holding me back from buying tix for this thing.

Although I had beers with a buddy after our hockey game last night, and he was telling me that there are some deals to be had for single games (not involving Team Canada) on the secondary market.

Meh... Murray won the Stanley cup with a defense much, much worse than what will be in front of him.

He's not in Price's or Lundqvist's league but he'll keep his team in the game I think.
