Lol is right... Weber can't even keep up with those "midgets" anymore...
PS: For last season, Tampa was ties 13th in the league for average height - your beloved Montreal was 28th. Guess that it's not just the mental midgets in the front office that Montreal has to deal with... - lumlums
I'm talking about their good players. i don't care about the height of their plugs. Kucherov and johnson are pussies. Stamkos is glass |

Yak to Philly for Streit, a prospect, and the flyers take a bit of streits salary. E3 |

I'd take that, too. Big fan of McKeown and lord knows we need as many quality RHD prospects as we can get. - MaximumBone
We'd have made the Pesce deal a month ago if you and I were in charge. |

Good luck with that, bud. Guy's on a steep decline and has like 10 more on that slide. |

Pretty close.
He's not terrible, but he's not really a top tier guy anymore either. |

Two months ago even. We were talking that up before the draft It'd be a huge help to our D corps and would force Chia to sign another RWer (Hudler or Pirri would be dandy). |

Was looking into his stats earlier and found that the team actually allowed 0.6 more GA/60 when he was on the ice than when he wasn't and scored less at a rate of 0.2 GF/60. |

I have to laugh. When SubbAn was a Hab the haters would be saying he's useless defensively and bad attitude bla bla bla. And weber was the best thing since slice bread. First defenseman named to team canada.
Now weber isn't as good as Tom Gilbert since he's a Hab |

Actually it has nothing to do with them being a Hab and everything to do with the underlying data.
Weber is a liability defensively. |

We'll see how good he looks in Montreal...I myself haven't watched a lot of Nashville games over the years...i think he'll surprise a lot of his detractors. |

Yeah that's why In September he will log the most minutes on the top defense core ever put together
Good try
Tell Lord Mile Babcock the Great that you'd rather face Subban than Weber he will laugh his ass off
I guess all the team canada coaches and staff are terrible too
What do you think they are run by (frank)ing oilers ?? Lol |

Well Nashville had a stronger supporting cast and a much better coach. I think he is pretty much set up for failure in MTL. |

Plus it gives us a potential low risk/high reward player without really depleting our defense too badly.
Only reason for a delay I can think of would be if the Canes want to make sure that Fleury or McKeown is ready for the NHL before they pull the trigger. |
