Can't really compare the eras but you can compare what they've done against their competition at the time. I'll be shocked if Karlsson finishes with as many top 10 finishes as Coffey.

I'd have Coffey over Karlsson offensively. Finishing 3rd in points behind only Gretzky and Lemieux in a season.. doubt Karlsson could ever compete with that.

Would agree with you that Coffey would be second behind Orr. Having said that - Orr scored over 100 points six times, won two scoring titles, Coffey scored over a 100 five times, but in an era that featured much higher scoring than while Orr played. No other d-man has EVER won the Art Ross.

its going to be interesting moving forward to see how he does.... the game seems to be making an adjustment to creating more offense from the back end

When Orr played hockey sucked, watch those clips. The goalies were (frank)ing horrible. When I see the old clips its comical.
