Assumed it was raccoons franking.

Looked out window ar 7 AM - a stupid franking raccoon is caught in our softball hitting net.

I tried calling the city about a blind raccoon wandering around my neighborhood. I was worried about it biting a kid or a dog. Most inept collection of human beings. The guy I spoke with did not deserve employment.
