The Leafs...I am getting a HIGHLY odd vibe from my Leafs people. Either they 100% know he is coming to Toronto and dont want to say that OR they are extremely doubtful and truly believe they are longshots....because they are playing this way too negative and defeatist. It feels a bit "on message" and contrived.

You mean the guy who works his butt off and does everything he has been asked to do. Ya he made a mistake and I see no problem with his attitude. It's a good thing to have confidence. You actually want your captain to have that. He's become a well rounded player and is able to recover from his mistakes quiet nicely. Komorov and him are the same type of player. Ones younger and has more upside.

lupul bozak polak all with an A is a great idea, i do not want reilly to have any letter ever, he does not hit and cannot lead by example on the ice, he's an offensive D and to be honest not that great of one yet. I think polak cuz he's a vet and lupul and bozak deserve it. I dont know if anybody remembers but when lupul is healthy he's better then jvr, hands down best player on the team, and he plays with heart, if only he could stay healthy. If he gets another serious injury though i say we put him on ltir and sign a fa or backup goalie witht hat cash

Not sure why people dislike Kadri. Works his ass off, draws penaltys, pisses off the other team, can put up some points, was very strong defensivley last season, took a long term deal at a good amount to stay in Toronto..

Vesey going home! !

I hated when they gave it to Phaneuf so early and I didn't like him as the Captain. You can't take it back without issue so hold off for now...I guess?!


It is definitely one of the things fans have no idea about because we are not in the room so it's tough to even comment on.


I just don't like the idea of giving someone the C for the sake of someone having the C instead of holding on to see who the clear leader is going to be.
