I agree ... a few posters last week were arguing he is top ten in the league? One really good year in 2014-15 in 50-55 games!!!! There were also posters that ranked him above Fleury, Murray and Martin Jones.

Really that is how you a better. Sabres went from 54 points to 81 points. Clearly they are getting better and are on the rise. Devils went from 78 to 84. Not that impressive. I bet you everything including kitchen sink sabres have more points then devils at the end of the year.

I honestly believe that snow has lost faith in halak and because of his cap hit would like nothing better then to unload him. When he plays he's been pretty good especially against the Rangers but imo he won't win you the cup.

Hank has been for the most part a healthy goaltender who plays a lot halak has to be close to being called injury prone. In the same list ? Not by a long shot. It's an insult to Hank to mention halak in the same breath. In the same boat? Yes on the same list? No not by a long shot.

You can win with an above average goaltender if the rest of the team is solid, an elite goaltender can mask some problem areas. You cannot win with below average goaltending. Imo, Buffalo has below average goaltending and their defense also isn't good enough to make up for that. I'd actually rate Schneider above hank, he's a top 3 goalie in the league imo. That's why the Devils were hanging near a playoff spot all year.

I agree Schneider is above Hank right now and Hank did cover up a declining defense the last couple of years and it finally caught up. Maybe I just wish snow would trade halak so he doesn't beat us again next year he really has our number. I also hope the extra off season will help guys like girardi and staal and they bounce back

So in short I believe what you're saying is the rest of your team (frank)ing sucks because if they didn't with Lundqvist in net you most certainly would've won a cup by now. Right?
