Yeah, you could say that about every team. I'd be shocked if it was the devil's though. maybe he should play 10 games each for all 8 teams. I was very confident he'd pick Buffalo going into Tuesday but I have no clue how these meeting went. What j do know is gmtm and jack couldn't have handled it better - they stated their case and didn't bug him. I'm not as confident now just cuz I don't have any new info which worries me. I do know that Jimmy is smart and I'm convinced Buffalo checks more of the boxes than ANY of the 8 teams, as I'm hoping he still sees. Here's how I rank the final 8 in likekyhood:

Buffalo - not one negative except it's not his hometown. Got eichel, young up and coming team, will pay 2nd contract, fish is agent to eichel too, defined top 6 role, Fitzgerald drafted by buf
Boston - hometown, but Sweeney sucks, Hayes had a bad experience And team is declining
Nyr - 2 friends there, but not a Manhattan type guy and team is declining and a bit old. Not known for generosity of 2nd contracts
Chi - 2nd contract? Not on East coast

Long shots:
Pit - signed the other UFA, salary cap issues, 2nd contract?
Tor - Canada, team not ready to contend, role there a bit vague, dad is there, brother drafted there but brother prob goes the same 4 year college route.
Nj - surprised this is being hyped - ever visit Newark at night? Me either and and I'm still alive
Nyi - Brooklyn, long island? No home, doesn't sign its own FAs. Does have Johnny t.
