Pittsburgh is unlikely to repeat next season since SC playoffs seem to drain a team the following season. No back to back winners in cap era. Chicago would seem to be a good win now choice but he might decide to take a longer term view and choose a different team.

A third liner? You are projecting him higher than me. He will play less than 100 games in the NHL and will be a career minor leaguer. He should also schedule meetings with some European teams as a fall back option
