Went and read some of your stuff. Aho-Lindholm-Teuvo line will be pretty interesting and fun you have to figure. Aho is a guy i am excited to see play in the nhl, interested in how he does. - ClarksonDavid
Thanks!
Looks to me like a line that has the potential to be a real pain in the ass to play against. Not all that physical, but quick and smart. They'll be causing turnovers for opponents all over the ice.
It really sucks over valueing your players because you know they arent that good.. But i dont remember many Leafs fans saying Bozak was a #1.. or even Kadri.

Dont have to be physical to be successful. if they can all meet, or come close to potential that will be a deadly line.

Pretty sure we've been crying about Bozak/Kadri as de facto #1s for a few years now. But.... NOT FOR LONG!!!

Plus if you can have the J.Staal line math up against an opponents top line, it beomes match-up hell for most teams trying to decide to go with your top D pair vs. Skinner/Rask/Stempniak or Aho/Lindholm/Teravainen

not really..
Id be more worried about matching Skinner/Rask/Stemp against Ovi/Backstrom/Oshie etc..

You don't have to.
That's what Jordan Staal is for. He's probably the only guy on the team the Canes ever play match-ups with. Everyone else will just get rolled out in a rotation.

6 subs plus injuries = 2 mins....? - lumlums
Why don't they just add the time spent not playing on a (frank)ing clock that everybody can see, Lums? Why not? Why is up to the ref and his arbitrary stopwatch - just asking to be paid off.

Your team (frank)ing sucks just deal with it and Vesey

It's the fourth official on the sideline who keeps track. It's not shown but is usually fairly accurate. - lumlums
OK, that's a start. Now why not put this time on a clock visible to the squads and the supporters? Is it supposed to be more suspenseful in that you never quite know exactly when the whistle will blow?
