Off the top of my head (I don't know how many I will list at the start)

Arizona
Minnesota
New Jersey
Carolina
Ottawa (obviously)
Montreal
Toronto (you can say Kadri's been better, you can say Matthews will be better this year, and it's arguable, but as of this moment I expect Turris will be the most productive of the three).
Columbus
New York Rangers
St. Louis

He might be better than any centre on Detroit, Vancouver next year. But he may be less productive than improving/healthy players on the above teams.

Around 10 sounds right. Top20-25 centre in the league when healthy, not elite and not even 'average' top line quality, but good enough in combination with another top-30 guy in Brassard.

I had those 10, you could also add Detroit now that that datsyuk is gone. also, there's no debate that turris is better than kadri.....turris is easily the better player. there's also no doubt that Matthews will be a better player, but until he actually plays some NHL games.........

but that's still atleast 1/3 of the league where turris is clearly, or probably the #1 guy. in my books that makes him a #1 center.......just not the elite PPG center

I'd say it's more like 8 teams and those teams are likely really bad teams. Turris would be battling with Stepan on the Rangers, isn't better than Galchenyuk, and is on par with Kadri/Bozak. Battling with Stastny too.

He's easily better than Kadri, significantly better than bozak, and is on par with the other 3......who are all #1 centers on their team. Turris is a #1
