I don't understand the big concern about Lupul. If he's ready to go let the man play. If he gets hurt so be it. If he doesn't get hurt then he won't be any worse than greening, laich, Michalek. As a hockey fan first, really interested (not excited, I hate them!!!!) to see what the Leafs will look like on the ice this year. Lots of skill, speed and potential on forwards but also lots of questions mark on defense and goaltending.

Nylander, Marner plus a strong overall 2015 draft and Matthews, the cupboards are more stacked than they ever have.

Management seem to have a good mix of competent peoples.


Unless everything goes wrong, can see them finish on the lower 20th and having a good progression going forward.
Good young playoff team by 2018-2019
