The Hawks might look real good to him if he wants to win but not get paid. I think the Bruins situation is tricky. I wouldn't count out the Leafs, they have been very silent in this, no clue as to why he would pick the Rangers and the Devils, it seems odd but they are in the mix but I don't know how serious it is. Might be a dark horse team in there as well.

Well, the thing about the Leafs is they really don't have a spot for him. They have some good wingers and I don't think he'd as easily walk in and take a top 6 spot, or at least hold it for too long.

Rangers and Devils I feel are in since it's close to Boston. You're 4 hours away by car. He might be able to take a plane all the time but his parents and family might not. Buffalo is an extra 3 hours away and Chicago you're not going unless you're flying. That said, I'd choose the Islanders over the Rangers at this point. Rangers don't have a guy like JT and Lundqvist isn't getting younger. I won't say they can't turn it around but I don't think they're going to be some major force in the next few years

With Roy out does this affect Grigo's stay in Colorado at all? Kid got 6-21-27 last year in 74 games. Not sure how long his contract is for but I wonder when it's over what they do with him if he goes to about 30-35 points next year
