M*A*S*H* went off the air before I was born, but I just started watching it seriously(I had seen episodes here and there in syndication growing up) recently. I can't believe that a show that started in 1972 still holds up so well today. Sure, some of the things are a bit quaint relative to today's shows, but most of the shows that are from the early 70's are plain unwatchable today.

I was torn between MASH and All in the Family. Two great shows.

I did it that way bc I see it more as a "top9"

Don't think Foligno-Larsson-Virtanen would score much
But with Nylander on that line, I think they would
Bailey can prob replace Foligno next year at some point

Trade Fasching + for another good young defenseman
Boom goes the dynamite

- jdfitz77

One or two of Fasching, Bailey or Baptiste could be trade bait.

Really? Mad men, Breaking bad, true blood, supernatural, Grimm were all good shows. And of course Deadwood .

I don't know where you are looking. The last 7 or 8 years have been the golden era of tv. Stop looking for decent shows on network tv.

It's more because I don't really watch many "shows". Too much going on with kids and work. I am sure there are I just don't watch them or have the want to

It's so tough with comedies. They're all good for their own reasons. I can't decide.

90's was obviously Seinfeld

but the 00's had Scrubs, Family Guy, Arrested Development, Curb, Sunny, 30 Rock, The Office, Modern Family, Archer, Ali G, Bored to Death, Sports Night was really good, but that may have been late 90's. I don't know that I'd really call Entourage a comedy, but that too. I know a bunch of those straddled the 00's and 10's.

And for the shows that started in the 10's Veep, Silicon Valley, I really can't think of many that have started this decade. Somebody help me.

And a really underrated show that has already had it's run is Longmire. It's not a comedy, but it was on AMC or A&E, on I always conflate the shows on the 2 networks. Either way, I believe it's on Netflix now. I know they picked it up for its last season so they could end it properly. It's a severely underrated show that I bet only a couple on here have even heard of.

Season 4 of Arrested Development has been re-edited into 22 22 minute episodes and that it's more of a narrative instead of the current version of different POVs of the same material.

I don't see the Nuckleheads trading Virtanen for Kane unless we sweetened the pot significantly. Virtanen is one of the few good things the Canucks have going for them at this time.

Also, I am not a fan of Nash at this point in his career. Too much $$, not enough production and too old. I would rather take my chances with Kane this year. I have to believe that even he is embarrassed by all of this negative attention and he is going to want to prove to the hockey world that he can get his poop together.

For any of you Hipsters out there, I was at the Tragically Hip concert in Calgary on Monday night. Truly outstanding show and very emotional.

If that was the case the deal would have been done already. Maybe the hold up is Girgs new deal, see if it fits in a trade with the Rags under their cap situation.

I think the holdup is NYR trying to get the most for him
Eventually they're gonna have to face it & settle for the best offer
Maybe a 2nd & a guy like Carrier

saw an article from a few days ago on Rieder/yotes being far apart. Could be a decent plan b or c to vesey.

He's RFA though right? I like him, but I'm not sure he'd be worth the compensation.

I figure they'd just try and negotiate a trade with Arizona rather than go through the offer sheet process. It sounds like the two sides are way apart.

He's a breakout year candidate and if you're putting him next to eichel whatever price you pay him now may be a steal a year later.

I've watched many Coyotes games. If he can just be more consistent, he'd be a steal. Good PKer, too.

Didn't know about his PK abilities. He's only 23 too. I think its a good fit but they may choose to pursue someone with a little more experience.

He was usually on the 2nd PK unit. Like I said though, his speed would be more than welcome here.

Not sure where all the hatred for U2 comes from? Same 4 bandmates for 38 years, an inspiration for us Irish Americans and a lead singer who's saved millons of lives in Africa. Guess the younger generation wouldn't get them, older generation a tad jealous.

anyway, my underrated band is our lady peace. Super popular in Canada and Buffalo but never caught hold in the rest of America. Literally can still see them in bars in nyc and ct
