Okay, so maybe somebody here can help me with this because I don't follow the Bills like I used to. So, C. Williams gets himself in trouble and suspended, and as a result we sign R. Bush, correct? So now we have McCoy and Bush as a 1-2 punch at running back, correct? But, I see on WGR that we signed Bush as a punt returner? That does not make much sense to me, can someone please explain this? I get that it is the Bills and therefore nothing makes sense, but I don't understand why Bush wouldn't be a #2 running back for us.

Your first problem is getting news from WGR.
They signed him because they need another RB and a return guy. He's more of an insurance policy at RB. A cheap one with minimal coverage.

Started back reading around 1:00 and had to run under my kitchen table. Holy S, the sky is falling. Who cares if all the moves GMTM made didn't pan out? You miss 100% of the shots you don't take. Being known as a GM that will overpay is the best rep a GM can have. Burkey will let you and anyone who will listen know what Darcy's rep was.
As for the Sabres not having a playoff caliber top 6, name me 3 teams in the Atlantic that have better. Exactly, thanks for playing.

I think there's 4 teams in the east that are a lock for the playoffs
Washington
Pittsburgh
Tampa
Florida
Then I think we're in a group with about another 6 teams to see who gets those last 4 spots
I think the defense will be better
I think the offense will be better, perhaps significantly
Improvement from the young guys, addition of Okposo & a bounce back season from some guys could all certainly happen

It'll probably come down to our goaltending which will determine whether we just make it, or just miss

Doesn't the NHL have morals clauses written in to every contract? Wouldn't Mr. Kane's shenanigans cause the clause to be enforced? Sadly, the young man is a good player; just not all there in the maturity dept.
