"deserves" is a subjective term (look it up) and therefore not something cut and dried. Kinda like movies, sexual preference, favorite Pokemon (I'm torn between Oshwat and Charmander, personally), chicken wing varieties, etc.

You have the water thing, no Sorrento cheese which is used by 99% of Buffalo pizzerias, and maybe no Margherita pepperoni either, but I'm not sure on that.

If you make it taste the same but they don't make it crispy that's the problem and they just pour the hot sauce over it..they don't toss it like in buffalo
