I'm late 30's and I can still do Jalapeño poppers and spicy poop, but really greasy poop like cheesesteaks and fast food burgers make me want to go into a coma.

Me too. I came back from vacation in my early 30s with a cough that wouldn't quit until I threw up. Well, after a few months of that I went to the doctor and was diagnosed with silent reflux. Mind you, I could count on one hand the times I had heartburn. Doctor told me to give up garlic, tomatoes and beer. I asked him for a bullet, but he gave me Nexium instead. On that for a few years until I got my ass off the couch and cleaned up my diet, forgot to order it and held off for a while until it came back. That was 11 years ago.
Occasional flare ups if I get lazy and don't work on my gut, but for the most part I'm OK. Still eat the occasional cheesesteak or pork roll sandwich with no problem. Deep fried poop still goes right through me though.
I guess that adage about diet and exercise is kind of true.
