Franzen, Vitale, and Pulkkinen to LTIR. Possibly bury Ott and Miller. Jensen, Sproul, and Ouellet are 3 D prospects no longer waiver exempt. It is up to those 3 and Russo to win the 7D spot.

Really on a 1 year deal it is a decent signing. They are going to try and magically replicate Datsyuks production. Unless they player usage is totally different this season I expect them to miss the playoffs by around 10 points.

Nobody knows tbh.

The NHL has the right to levy up to $5M in fines (which count against the cap moving forward), forfeiture of draft picks, suspension of GM, amongst other things. But nobody knows exactly.
