I heard he hit a homer in his first at bat and hadn't heard anything more until this. Checked and it looks like he was 0 for the rest of his stint - 1 for 11 total. Pretty poopty, but not a big deal.

I guarantee you by game 10, one of the first 4 centres is injured. And there will be room. It always happens. Last year the Leafs used 7 centres through the season.

It's time to get rid of mediocre. He doesn't fit in the top 6, he doesn't hit enough...at all...to be in the bottom 6, and no real special teams PK or PP....I know he played the PP last year but not for talent.

They did waive him so I guessing he can head to the Marlies if one of those kids outplay him.
