Jose is ranked one of the lower end caliber Right fielders in the league. His play really dropped off this year.
Theres a reason his name is Joey Bats and not Joey Glove - CanadianBodmon
Because his real last name isn't Glouvtista? |

Mostly agree, Pillar will get a rest from time to time - especially against tough right handed pitchers. He hits lefties much better.
Upton will see action in all three outfield positions probably. Most in left, because Saunders is the weakest fielder defensively by a wide margin, and some right and center. Bautista is still an above average fielder. The worst defensive of on a team typically plays Left (George Bell, Manny Ramirez etc.) Smoak will be playing much less from here on in - his hitting lately, particularly with men on base has been brutal. - winsix
He's a complete mess going back on balls over his head. He's nowhere near an above average right fielder.

not really... just need the political "leaders" to realize that there are no rules that need apply when dealing with the radicals...
1) collateral damage... unfortunate but happens
2) rules of war do not apply... this is all guerilla warfare
3) don't believe what the other leaders say... only thing that matters is what they Do or Do NOT do.
oh well... back to hockey

I think there needs to be a global discussion about what kin of world we want to live in. Too bad earthlings are too caught up in propaganda and religions to be mature enough to have that discussion.
But yeah, TITS!

I want to live in a world where douchebag bloggers don't post 1500 word whinge pieces about how a pending free agent isn't signing with their team despite said team spending a 3rd round pick to acquire exclusive negotiating rights. |

yeah..once he lost the arm...he is really below avg
Sounds like upton LF and Saunders RF ..put JB as DH
Shapiro has gotten poop on for the most part.. but some very underrated moves have panned out well . Happ instead of Price.. i remember the day Happ signed...Jays fans were not happy
Grilli has been good for free .. Upton is cheap even if he is totally a bust (unlikely) ..its ok
Oh and the Indians are a pretty good team now also |

Respectfully disagree with you. And so does CBS sports. Of the top fifteen right fielders rated, only Harper and Stanton ranked ahead of Jose. Still a way better fielder than Saunders, and you do not mess with that production by making him a full time DH.
3. Jose Bautista, Blue Jays
A late bloomer, the 35-year-old Bautista has six All-Star appearances and four top-10 MVP finishes in his last six seasons. Here's a good example of how overrated batting average on its own is in judging production. Bautista hit .250 last season, but he led the AL with 110 walks and had 29 doubles, three triples and 40 homers. That's good for a 149 OPS+, 114 RBI and 108 runs. He also still has a very good arm in right and has walked more than he's struck out in each of the past two seasons. |

Yup! I'm amazed they were able to get SD to pay 17m of the remaining 22m owed to Upton, and it only cost them their 18th ranked prospect.
Happ and Grilli have been great. Storen didn't work out, but let's not pretend losing Revere for him is a big deal. |

oh right Storen..that flopped... so far
Wasn't big on Revere also.. hate that everyone wanted him a a Leadoff batter...because he was skinny and fast and bunted ... like Carrera...just below avg getting on base with all that |
