clune is worth 500k, martin is probably worth 3x-4x as much.
are we really gonna compare a 4-5minute 4th line guy with no offense to a 10 min guy who can get 10 goals and 15-20 pts?

Honestly think a 10 min a night guy is worth 4X 500k which is 2 mill?. There's a million guys who would do the job for less.

My thoughts on Martin is I think if you told rich clune I'll give you a million dollars a year to go hit everyone in sight and lead the league in hits he'd do it and save us 1.5 million a year. Martin is not 1.5 million dollars tougher than Clune.

Good signing. The people complaining about the signing are the same people that complained about the Uncle Leo signing, and look what happened. NYI fans say they are really gonna miss the guy.

To be honest I'm glad they got him. I think they overpaid. 2.5 is fine for a year or 2. 4 is a bit much but I'm I feel like he's the kind of player that'll help at this point in the rebuild.
