Sounds pretty horrific what he did (if true) but then the manager says that nothing happened.

It gets into some pretty scary territory if you start suspending guys based on allegations .

Also, that girl's story sounds like BS to me...
-there is no exit from the back area of Bottoms Up so he couldn't have taken her to his car that way. Also, there's always a bouncer in the back, which is not a private area. It's a fenced in back patio. I'm sure a bounce would've stepped in if Kane did anything wrong.
-if he did take her by the wrists & drag her to his car, he would've had to pull her out the front door, past at least one bouncer, but they usually have 2 there.
There's NO way a bouncer would ever let anyone drag a girl out of a bar like that.

Between her story not matching up,
And the GM (and others I know personally) saying Kane did nothing wrong,
I'd say Kane was guilty of talking like douche to some young girls

Criminal trespass sounds like refusing to leave when told. That will probably be a fine.

The non-criminal harassment counts are something very common. Usually it's a ACD staying out of trouble for 6-12 months. With him he will probably get that on top of community service. The real question is can he stay out of trouble for a year?

Pegula should suspend him for 10-20 games though.
