Depends on what kind of deal Schenn gets. I've had this theory that once a player gets paid, the production dips as opposed to going into a contract year.

My initial response was going to be Simmonds, but if somehow nothing gets done on the Schenn side, maybe (hopefully ) he goes on a spree.

Regarding TOTD, I wonder if Cornell and Vedder have the pipes anymore? Two of the most iconic voices in the 90s, be pretty hard to hit those notes, especially Cornell, at that age.

Honestly, all I know of them is Hunger Strike. Had Pearl Jam not existed, I doubt I'd know that.

No, because I don't want to pay $100+ to see them, but my mom probably will. But yes, while I still say they are not (to me) a $400 band, the pricing that I (and my 2 friends) saw was incorrect. But no, page 1 is not for naught, because there was also interesting hockey discussion.

Not to take anything away from Jake, but I think we have different criteria for "great hair"

Without looking it up, I suppose that Mikael Renberg doesn't have the same stats as Lindros and LeClair... but still, he was an important part of the Legion of Doom line that dominated for 2-3 years there... how is Renberg not in the Flyers' HOF?

His first few years were outstanding. Even before the legion took hold. He produced no matter who he played with. But then the abdominal injuries (which were bordering on ridiculous) robbed him of all of his skating power.

Yup from 96 on he was never the same.
