Perhaps.
But they are not trending downward yet. IMO

I hope they don't for a few years

I want to see a playoff series at some point between Leafs and Habs, and I want both teams to be good when it happens

I don't even (technically speaking) work for my family business anymore and I still deal with these type of calls all the time. It's definitely frustrating. I remember when I was 13 I had to go down to an apartment and get a squirrel out of one of our units that had 3 women living in it. They were smoking so I didn't mind, but that was one crazy squirrel

Our most difficult rental is a house on Cape Cod. It's rented by the week, kind of higher end so very needy people, full turnover in 3 hours on saturday

- RickJames77

I was just in West Dennis for 5 days a couple weeks back. Was my first time on the Cape. Such a great area. I saw some of those high end properties though, I can't imagine a 3-hour turnaround.

Like grumpy visitors. In an unrelated question, when's the next you'll be in town?

Glad you enjoyed it

West Dennis is about 20 minutes from where that place is at. A little further east and on the "bay" side.

But yeah the three hour thing sucks to say the least

That poop is outrageously expensive at JLA. Can't imagine it will be any cheaper at Little Caesar's Palace.

Core of the team is still young. They will be fine in 2 years from now.
- WaterBoy

Wha?

Define "young".

Outside of Gal and Gal, Patch is his prime, the rest of your top 6 is their 30s not to mention your aging D.

You need to win now, start moving bodies in the next couple of years and draft really well while Price is still in his prime.

That's a big part of the problem with the Weber deal... shortened their window big time... and I'm not sure there's enough of a positive difference between Weber and PK(if any) that it's really going to push them over the top now.

I still think they are weak up the middle
- Lucas.Neilson

All depends on what Galchenyuk does this season. If he's as good as he was in the last 20 games last season, Habs will have a decent middle.

What a terrible name, going to get little bit confusing between the Arena and the Casino now

Calling it the "Joe" was much simpler

Max is 27. That's still young.
Galch is 22
Gally 24
Shaw 25
Beaulieu 23
McCarron 21
Sergachev 18

There might be one or 2 "decent" players out of Lehkonen, Andrighetto, Danault.

As for Weber being on the decline? That's just....

Habs window is still set for another 4-5 years.

Come on. I love him and wanted to trade up to get him, but he hasn't even played a game. Why is he on this list?

Also, McCarron - meh

I didn't get much time to explore the rest of the Cape, but I am definitely going to go back next year. My dad and his family go out there every summer for a week.

after the first three you named depth players or prospects....which every team has

Weber will start his decline. Hes not going to be poop in 2 years but you will see a decline each year.

Not trying to troll, but I would bet that Price exits his prime years never having been to the Cup final on the basis of the roster build as it is

Yes, but we're talking about the current canadien players.

Sergachev is great, but he hasn't even played a game and have you seen how long it takes some defensive prospects to get their poop together? Say it takes him 4 years for him to become a #1, which is optimistic. Weber has declined, Price is 4 years older, same for everyone else.
