Things have always been this way. Other fans (mostly leafs fans) criticize everything and everyone associated with the Habs. The English media ( TSN and Sportnet) mostly showed PK turnovers. Further to that they defended the fact that he was left off team Canada reminding us all how much better Shea Weber was than Subban. Now Subban is no longer a Hab and all of a sudden Subban is awesome and Weber is over the hill. And ek should be careful cause the only reason I come to this site is because of the bias at tsn and sportsnet so don't you start spewing hatred too. |

My question is this: Why does it seem like there's a major PR campaign to salvage Subban's image? It's obvious that he has a massive ego. Many of his teammates don't like him, watch their body language around him. His coaches and management don't like him, they traded him dispite big talent, I cant blame them, he puts himself way ahead of the team. I have him in my keeper pool and I can't stand the guy! Yet everyone in the media is saying what a great guy he is?
PS, I also see his "donation" to a hospital as a tax write-off + PR = warm fuzzies for the fanatics compelling them to go out and buy more PK paraphernalia. |
