If they didn't sign Okposo yes. But Kucherov is going to get more than $6M for us to be able to sign him. I don't think the Sabres could really have afforded the rumored $12M price for Stamkos either. So probably more like $4M-$5M for Kucherov and that definitely isn't enough.

Gorges is the guy I'd keep the most of the group
I think he'll be one of the better 3rd pair guys in the league...
But at his price tag,
I'd def trade him to make room for a guy like Kucherov, etc

out of those three i don't think they would move gionta or gorges. it would be a bit of a PR mistake if they traded Gionta i think, but maybe not. so it would think it would have to be Franson
