Okay, two things.

1) While teams and players can meet before to discuss the wants and needs of both team and player, the team cannot offer a contract explicitly during that time.

Foligno is a bottom 6 player on every team in the NHL Garth, how in God's name is he a core player? Eichel, Risto, McCabe, Okposo, Kane, ROR and Reinhart are our core players. It's amazing you write about the Sabres each and every day with your awful pun titles and mistake ridden articles yet you still do not know what a core player is. I'm guessing Deslauriers is a core player to you.

Like you've wrote 5-6 articles in the last little bit that are the exact same message. First was that Vesey will sign with Buffalo now it's Vesey is going to wait. Like common man. Before it was 7 months of Fowler will be a Sabre on draft day and now that dream of yours was crushed you still keep poking at it even though the Sabres D looks solidified.

It's just time for you to start putting some actual thought into your articles. Like the dribble you put out is more like just a fan post on every day articles. Like your words are no better than those people that are posting on FaceBook and Buffalo News website.

Maybe it is time for the sites owners or whatever to actually look at the work you're putting out and if you don't put quality work out it is time for them to let you go. At least with closer monitoring it'd hopefully force you to put better work out and keep you from beating the same subject down our throats over and over again.

Solid post. If I liked any of you Sabres fans I would feel sorry for you all. Most of the active threads on this site are for the pooptiest teams in the league ( Buffalo, Edmonton, Vancouver and Toronto), and it's made worse by the fact that most of our bloggers kinda suck. But your guy, Garth, is an absolute embarrassment that makes you all look like buffoons to those outside of the know.

Tyler Myers is too big for the NHL - newsflash, too awkward, too slow. Drew Stafford is garbage. Joel Armia has been in the "pipeline" since 04 it seems and Brendan Lemieux is the son of a punk, therefore, a punk himself.
