At the risk of sounding like a raging misogynist, I find that 95% of women who go vegetarian are doing it in the hopes of losing weight.

What they don't realize is that their vegetarian diet is actually worse for this - a lot less protein, and a helluva lot more fat and carbs.

I guarantee you 90% of vegetarian options in non-vegetarian restaurants rely heavily on cheese.

Yup. Best is to cut out things like potatoes and rice (especially white rice). Grab a nice steak or chicken breast and serve with just a salad or some steamed veggies and you're good to go
