Someone get Josh Bailey's number and pay a stripper to text him nudes all day long. She'll find it eventually. - eichiefs9

I cried as well after reading that part John. My man love for Ledecky took a little hit for sure, but nobody is perfect. - ses111
I know someone who knows him, if you'd like me to arrange an introduction... |

"...Josh - JohnScammo[Bailey]’s wife is now the new person in charge of the wives’ group. She’s an incredibly important person to me...."
So much for trading Bailey for a bag of pucks.....
Well there was a time I liked Ledecky. It was brief but I did like him. |

Here's something else from the article that got my attention....
"....I’m not going to rest until every one of those seats is full. And if a seat doesn’t have a full view, we’re going to make sure that fan has an unbelievable experience sitting in that seat as well.”
I figure ses and chiefs could arrange a lap dance from bouncy girl to make it unbelievable. |

it's rare that we've seen an owner with any kind of interest in improving the team to try and win the cup...I'm stoked to see ledecky come in and start talking about it. he just needs to back it up if things go south.

Maybe someone from AZ or who has been out there, could fill me in, but is that arena just in the middle of nowhere or is it that they really just have no fan base? - mdw7413
The arena is in Glendale. It's right next to the stadium that the Cardinals play in. It's a pretty hopping area. There always seems to be a good crowd there every time I go. The only thing is that it's on the very west end of phoenix. It's a pretty nice arena, beer stands everywhere. The only issue I have with it is about a 2 hour drive for me (without traffic). So I only go to a couple games a year. I spoke to one person a few weeks ago that works in the Coyotes office & he said they're looking to build a new arena in either downtown Phoenix or Tempe (a suburb attached to the south of Phoenix). |

Just asking but when has an owner decide to say negative things about his franchise that was recently bought? Owners, Gm's, coaches, etc will always say the right things to the fanbase bc THEY have to, to appease them for tixx sales.... |

Of course UR, however kudos to him for addressing things that needed to be addressed to reverse the negative energy following the team, logistics, venue etc. Nice to see.
I thought he did a great job. |

Im not saying he did a bad job, just pointing out that's the norm of addressing the public no matter what position u have.
It be funny if he said some negative stuff... |

Exactly, 7. Of course, no new owner bashes their team, but Ledecky has really done his homework, understands the issues with the team and the fanbase, and went out of his way to thoroughly address all the concerns in his presentation. It's cause for optimism, albeit cautious. |

They are getting set to build a new arena. Not sure of the location but people were saying it's gonna be great for the Phoenix area fanbase |

when wang and kumar took over, they did spend money (yashin, peca), then wang bought out kumar and proposed his lighthouse project and (IMO) showed that he was in it to develop the real estate, and when that failed he stopped dumping money into the team.
This is why it's important that the other line of my post is included when you read it:
he just needs to back it up if things go south |

I'm curious to see how that works out with their new owner not having a ton of cash of his own. All funded by the public?

Maybe Bailey's wife will perform felatio on the fans with obstructed views?

kinda cool site to go through if you want to see trade histories of different gm's
http://www.nhltradetracker.com/user/GM_list - Isles_since_6
Very cool site, thanks, 6. Was curious to look at Neil Smith's trades as Isles' GM. He traded a pick to the Bruins who turned into Brad Marchand. In return he got two lower level picks who turned into James Delory and Shane Sims.
Was that ses who thought Neil Smith deserved another shot as Islander GM?
Edit: Also saw this that I had completely forgotten.... Bill Torrey traded for Jeff Rohlicek from Vancouver. Whom did he give up? Some guy named Jack Capuano! |
