this was a caesar but i usually try not to eat that kind of dressing because it's pretty bad for you.
i usually just go with romaine, a little cheese, black olives, and some bacon pieces and then some kind of dressing that isn't as thick and gloopy. that's how i decide if it's fattening or not. thickness and gloopyness.
of course bacon is allegedly not good for you either. but i'm not about hearing that.
