2017/18?

For the record, the first team I checked was St. Louis, because they put Fabbri into their lineup; between 2010 & 2015 they injected six drafts into their lineup. Just so you know, it's not as uncommon as I'd have thought.

Canucks have changed 18 of 23 players in three years. The only other team to do that was the Leafs so they could clear cap space for Stamkos.

I feel pretty confident he would have had a bigger season this year for the Canucks than Mccan had last year. Slightly better size and a higher skill set in my opinion
- CanuckDon

He's not a fast skater, but he's not slow either....really his only weak point. He'll have to pick up a step at the NHL level, which I'm sure he will.

Yes it appears average at this stage which is ok as every other part of his game appears top notch. I'm sure explosiveness is the focus this summer. Can't wait to see Boeser and Jost together this season

Ya it's been a huge turnover for sure, but my point stands, a lot of teams go thru five year periods where they inject 5-6 draft picks into their lineup. Not every five years obviously.

Me too, really high on that Jost kid, he's gonna be a good pick for Joe.

Yup I agree, I know why he was doing it. I just think when Benning got here he thought the team was better than it actually was. Thus he used a few more picks in trades than I'd have liked.

Look I bust Bennings balls on certain things but I also praise him for other things, his drafting in particular. Do I think he's a horrible GM, no, nor do I think he's one of the better GM's. For a relatively new General Manager his learning curve has been steep, but IMO he is learning.

I've said this many times, if he's given enough time, he'll draft a winner in Vancouver.

The Mrs's and I are going to Vegas for our anniversary at the end of august and I am bored so I am looking at places to eat when I am there. Any recommendations?

Are you planning on doing Vegas dry, or will you snap after months of sobriety and go full Fear and Loathing? Sounds like a Vantel kick start bet.

I'm with you on dry camp...I went to a golf tourney and apparently had too many. Skull-crushing headache has me thinking I've had enough of that poop.

Working away from home is a lot easier because of having FaceTime with the kids. Awesome.
