It definitely has potential to go terribly. If Lehner/Bogo/Kane/Ennis can't stay healthy, or if Moulson/Girgs stay terrible and Vesey doesn't sign and Nylander isn't ready for the NHL. It'll probably be somewhere in between there. Lol

i doubt it.. there are still decent goalies out there as UFAs and we still have Ullmark who played well in buffalo last year.

I trust Mr Murray . He thinks it is fine . He has watched Lehner a lot longer than you . Backstopped a Calder cup for him. Also tall goalies have a distinct advantage with the new pad rules . That is why Murray favors them . I bet when this new kid works with goaltending coach and a fellow swede in Lehner . He will be just fine. There is not as much of a disaster happening as you want to believe

The best reference I can give is how much conditioning plays a factor in staying healthy and avoiding injuries, both small and large.

The more work you are able to put in before the season begins, the more likely you are to stay healthy, and if the talk is true about Lehner not being able to do much at all in terms of preparation due to this concussion, then I believe that is at least partly to blame regarding him getting injured from that divot in the ice.

That's been my experience trying to stay injury free while playing baseball at an old(er) age.
