Also does anyone know if the Leafs send Marner to the O, can they call him up midway trough the season? If it were up to me I'd send him to the O, let him play for Canada in the tourneys during the holidays then call him up after that. Injuries and tride deadline will have sppts open.

As was said above, go and see an MD.

In the meantime maybe take an over the counter antihistamine, claritin (loratidine) and allegra (fexofenadine) are typically better for during the day than benadryl (diphenhydramine) which is also used in sleeping pills.

Obviously if you're allergic to any of these meds then don't, but get to the doc ASAP.

I like to think that when it comes to your health it's better to be safe than sorry, so I'd get it checked out.

I'm not a doctor, but I don't think you are in trouble now.

But the fear (and I don't actually know if this is medically true or not, but I kinda sorta don't want you to risk it) is that allergic reactions sometimes get worse. It's how a lot of kids find out they are allergic to peanuts - the first time is bad, but not killer. But the doctors fear that the next one could be a killer.

Go to a walk-in clinic (not an emergency). Bring a big cup of coffee and a magazine, because you are going to be there for a while.

If the doctors tell you not to worry, I'm sorry I forced you to waste your morning.

Solid advice overall. When I was young I'd swell up really badly when I got stung. Doctors said it could get worse as I age, stay the same, or improve. So basically who knows but bees, wasps, and hornets scare the (frank) out of me now. Gets my heart racing when they are around me. Being in the middle of a lake on a boat and having a yellow jacket buzzing around my head is especially concerning. I should ask my doctor if I can get tested now or something so I can put my mind at ease.
