I agree the draft was about McDavid but Eichel was not a bad consolation and Buffalo made sure they got one of the two. Would of, could of etc Matthews wasn't so it doesn't matter does it. You Canadians ought to face the facts very few players want to come and play in Canada even tho McDavid knew he was going to Edm the look on his face was priceless when his name was called. I'm sure poor Matthews is happy he's going to Toronto also. Canada's favorite son Steven Stamkos was coming home to the great city of Toronto lmao after the meeting with them he ran back to TB.
