We'll throw in this accident prone long distance runner instead of Reilly and a case of lysol disinfectant.

Our defense would look good but then experience on the wings is light.

Sosh, Kadri, Komarov
Lupul, Matthews, Nylander
Martin, Bozak, Marner
Greening, Laich, Michalek

Reilly, Trouba
Gardiner, Zaitsev
Marincin, Carrick
Polak/Hunwick

Andersen
Enroth

Can't decide if I like the line up more or less without JVR?

Nope.

But I have drunk beet juice in the lead-up to marathons. Turns your pee and poop blood-red.

I like peeing in public urinals and not flushing.

Fixed. And yeah, I would play the kids together. Mathews defense will surprise most. Plus there's still Brown and Hyman. And Copp would be on the 4th line.

Is there an award for the worst 1st line in hockey?

I know they were looking for a new purpose for the O'Brien Trophy...

That was our first line last year too, but with Pap instead of Soshnikov.
I would actually move Bozak to wing and play him with Kadri and Komarov if I could.

Kadri and Komarov played the most and toughest minutes last year; top 5 pick again is very likely.

I dont see the point in debating a lineup posted on HB in July..but a random fan

Also..Edmonton and Vanvoucer have some pretty good players on their 1st lines...they werent very good either.

Experience isn't really a concern. The Leafs are entering year 2 of their rebuild and experience can be found in free agency.

Same: will be a helluva lot more entertaining this year too watching Matthews, Marner, and Nylander, not to mention a couple of our B prospects like Hyman, Brown, and/or Soshnikov progressing.

Oh and... Michalek for Pavelec, get it done, Lou.
