You have to find a pic that is small that can fit those dimensions. I often take an existing pic & crop it down to size, but sometimes that will make the avatar blurry.

Save the pic you want. Open it in MS paint if you have it. Change the pixels to 70x70 on the resize option. Save it and then open it for your avatar.

Another thing we have to think about is who to protect in the draft.
I would opt for the 7/3/1 format as it allows you to protect more players but those NMC will be a problem.
Kreider Miller Hayes Stepan Nash (has to I believe LNTC) Zucc Brass
Buch is automatically protected as well as Skeji but I believe if McIlrath plays a while season he will be exposed.

Believe you are correct. It's also why Grabner was signed to a two year deal, it enables him to be exposed since certain veterans are required to be exposed to the expansion draft.
