Maybe Gortons whole plan is based on whether or not we sign Vessey. If we sign Vessey maybe he feels he can trade Nash and dominos from there. That's all I can think of because for someone who said major changes are coming, not a damned thing has changed.

I just don't see major things happening or they would have happened already. You never know, we did the Lindros trade years ago at the end of August.

When did Vessey all of a sudden become a 1st line power forward who is NHL ready???

It would be a nice signing but how bout he plays an NHL game 1st before he is a teams top forward.
