LOL Original Six and I played since I was 6 years old ( and probably at a higher level than you). Morgan Reilly has nearly limitless potential, but he is FAR from a true #1 dman in the NHL at this point. The Bandwagon chirp is so unoriginal and not even applicable. The Hawks are an Original Six team with more Cups before the Salary Cap Dynasty than your franchise has in its entire existence. Also, check the NHL draft/ central scouting to see how many NHL prospects are coming out of Chicago youth hockey before calling any Hawks fan a "bandwagoner". What kind of "Bandwagon fan" is on a hockey blog in July? LOL - EnzoD

Hawks have 6 cup wins, 3in the salary cap era..... Take those 3 away and that's more than the 13 the leafs have.

Wish the Sabres went and signed Enroth instead of trading for Nilsson. I think Enroth might be the best option as a backup. He is a good goalie with good positioning and speed. GMTM just loves his big goalies, I doubt Enroth was even on his radar. |

I'm a hockey fan. I've followed hockey since before 2010! My team has 6 cups, that more than 13, we don't even have to count all ours cause it's more then yours.

I dunno, but the fact that he has a picture of Rapey McRaperton as his avatar tells you everything that you need to know about this low-class dog (frank)er... |

There are some things that I have very little time for. Patrick Kane is one of them. Anybody who celebrates this female genitalia needs to rethink their life choices. |

JVR is good to have right now. But you guys need to realize that once his contract is up, someone will offer him 7.5 million, and it's not gonna be us. He's gone.
Plus we have tons of winger prospects, not that many D prospects.
So trading him for Fowler is a good idea IMO. I approve. |

Fowler is perhaps not the first guy that I would target, but I'm absolutely down for exploring the trade options for JvR. His next contract will be pricey, and we have tonnes of decent options at wing in the pipeline (maybe not JvR good, but enough that upgrading the D would make up for it). |

Ffs. Fowler contract expires same time as JVR. So if someone is going to offer JVR that money they'll offer it to Fowler of he's as good as you all think he is. Same poop.

I agree, I think you aim younger than Fowler and aim higher! |

That Euro final was awesome.
Lets face it Portugal was lucky to make the final, winning only one game in regulation. But after CR7 went down everyone thought it was over for Portugal...but they still won! Great entertainment! Awesome final! I love hockey so much, but if there is one sport that is just as good it is futbol. |

Yup, not saying it needs to be Fowler. Bu trading JVR for a dman simply needs to happen. He was part of the 18 wheeler collapse. He mailed it in. And that stupid mouthguard. At 4.5 I can put up with it, definitely not at 7. |

Yay trade for the sake of making a trade. Hall>JVR. Can't wait to get a guy not as good Larsson to be our 4th dman. Need that so badly. |
