I had a co-worker, every time we went out to lunch he'd always eat 3 times what I eat...and the (frank)er stayed skinny.

Well, I eat whatever, but not in humongous quantity...and I play sports 3-4 times a week and workout 3-4 times a week... plus I just started biking or jogging to work. So yeah, I can afford the odd french fry once in a while.
