I agree - bozak would be better off traded - there is a market for #2C @ 4 mil who can put up 45-55 points (look at what Nielsen just got @ 32 years old w Wings)...ridic.

i think marner makes it but will be insulated with older players at first.

i think it will depend on who successful his offseason training goes... and my guess is he is ready himself to move on from the OHL so he will be motivated

still got to get to over 18million in salary exposed... bozak and lupul are a large chunk of that

i wouldnt overly shocked to see the marlies load up on a few vets to meet their exposure requirements

thats the thing... they have greening and michalek to fill those roles early on... those two and laich will be given minutes with the hopes of flipping their expiring contracts at the deadline for mid to late round picks and long shot prospects

still on the fence... skill is there now... strength is in question

but he is working out for a minimum of 4 hours a day and spends at least an hour on the ice each day too while working with leaf trainers

hell... his mom even retired to control his diet and meal plan

yup, have no doubt he is motivated, but has plenty to prove at camp. despite having a great/amazing OHL season, he had a less than impressive camp last year, and has to show MB he has made a big step in this camp. I honestly don't think they will blink in sending him back to the OHL if he doesn't show that.

yup, have no doubt he is motivated, but has plenty to prove at camp. despite having a great/amazing OHL season, he had a less than impressive camp last year, and has to show MB he has made a big step in this camp. I honestly don't think they will blink in sending him back to the OHL if he doesn't show that.

nope... the leafs are structured now in such a way that a player needs to make the team. they wont give out any free spots... if he doesnt make it... he will be on the knights
