Fast last year, I think had 4 of his 10 goals without someone in net to actually stop his shot. I looked it up in a prior blog but I'll check again. He definitely has trouble scoring though when someone is there to stop his shot. That's y I don't get the love for him, I like the guy and his hustle, plays good defensively, but he's a 4th line player. He's no different than Gerbe Grabner Hrivik. - nyrangers9479
would agree 100%. clear 4th liner. Him and Grabner would be a decent 4th line. not sure who they have as the 4th line Center this year(Lindberg or another UFA). |

Blog hopefully up later. Had to run home, our dog, Kirby, named after Kirby Puckett and who will be 18 at the end of the month, had a seizure. Okay for right now, but we will see. |

That's a 4th line with 0 jam/grit/toughness w.e u want to call it. In today's NHL you need a 4th line that can hit/chip in a little offensively/kill pp's/change the momentum when needed etc. That's a 4th line of blah. Sadly that might be our 4th line tho |

I think Brooks def reads this blog. Pretty much saying what most in hear say - TPC
Really difficult to remake a team, especially if you're not committed to it. Rangers are in a tough spot, can never tear it down, and yet, it's obvious change is needed. If what Brooksie says is true, this whole notion of remaking the team was based on someone taking Nash off their hands, it was never going to happen. |

Add a 2017 first. What's the difference, I don't even remember what it's like to draft in the first round anymore, what's another year. |

What do guys think Evander Kane would cost us? Is value has to be extremely low, hasn't gone over 20 goals except his 30 goal season and hit 20 last year. Might be a high risk/reward type situation. Rumors are Buffalo might be looking to trade him with his latest "troubles". Nash for Kane straight trade, do you do it? Cap relief for us, but a decent size risk. Both have 2 years left on their contracts. Maybe Kane and a second or something for Nash? What do u guys think. |
