I'd imagine Taylor Hall would be enough to land Shattenkirk, which in my opinion is better than Larsson. Also, would probably be pretty damned close to landing PK Subban, in terms of value.

Like I've said before, the Hall trade could be terrible and the Oilers could still be good, they have forward talent to burn. I thought Hall would be in the vault with McD though, thought those two were the Toews/Kane Crosby/Malkin etc. core for the Oilers.

Well, the Phaneuf trade wasn't that long ago...solving their biggest rival's problem for them, I can't even believe that. And I don't even hate Phaneuf, but I can't even believe the Sens did that.
