Decent 4th liner can play 3 Rd, meh 2.5 million isn't much I the league now.

Everyone here hates on the Matt Martin signing... but everyone on the TSN panel have nothing but great things to say... gotta love the saltiness of the so called experts on here.

No more pushing around our guys. How many times have other teams cheap shot our guys, especially Dion ..and nobody did anything. 2.5M isn't bad...i've seen other teams do a lot worse today.

I'll take this over a lot of other alternatives. Like Shaw for almost twice as much for longer. While giving up two 2nd rounders.

Meh guy just turned 27... He will be 30-31 when it expires. Leafs needed some sand paper imo and Martin fits the bill.
