any other sources reporting this? can he sign before noon? don't know specifics.
- richardson30

He can since he's coming over from the KHL. His contract expired in May.

I can't imagine anyone who watched Staal with Carolina last year and then with the Rangers would be that dumb.

As many have speculated, Brian Campbell has made his decision and it's going to be a return to Chicago. Likely a one-yr deal around $2M

So Montreal gives away PK because of his character only to sign Radulov 2 days later

I didn't see him much last year. Does he have anything left or is he another D Boyle?

I don't think Montreal made a good trade, but how is Shea Weber chop liver all of a sudden?

I actually think the deal is pretty even right now. Its the terms and the ages were the Habs get screwed going forward.

He isn't but decline started last year coupled with length of deal and $ remaining and Nash got the better end, especially long-term

pierre LeBrun: No confirmation yet out of Montreal but I hear that the Red Wings offered Radulov a one-year deal worth $5 million...

im a little biased as I am NOT a fan of PK - his desire for the limelight just rubs me the wrong way. I think Weber is a premier Dman though. still top 5 IMO.

"give away" is exaggerating for sure but that's a horrible trade. He will be exposed when hes their #1 without much support like he had in Nash

Dunno, If PK was on the Rangers, we would be loving his craving for the limelight. We were in love with Avery, and he couldn't hold PK's Jock.
