They obviously seen something they really liked in the kid though and obviously watch these kids more then any of the fans so I'll wait and see. Some of the picks were defiantly questions marks tho, lots of overages but we will see. Also Auston Mathews, by the way

Matthews is sick. Im hopeful about the guy they got at 31 since I never heard of Dermott and Nielsen last year and both seem to be decent picks. Ivery read good things about grundstrom and that goalie they got seems to be the guy they were gunning for all along. Pretty sure the Leafs have either the worst goalie scouts or coaches in the league though.

It'll be interesting to see what the lineup looks like come trade deadline time. I'm sure they'll start off trying to insulate the young guys but it'll be interesting to see which young guys step up and earn the ice time.
