It's per 60 minutes. It actually helps identify players who maybe should get more minutes but do not.

Evander Kane's 20 goals and 35 points in 68 games or whatever doesn't look horrible, but considering he played 20 minutes a night, he scored like a lower level 3rd liner.

Same with O'Reilly, at even strength he was not anything spectacular this year

Some cannot. Risto is a 1 or 2. He was way too heavily relied on last year on a bad team.

It's the same argument I had for #57 when he was here. He was a lot better than his corsi indicated.
