It wouldn't surprise me if teammates fight fairly frequently, what I'm getting at is the implied rift between them.

That's the team charter. Was a team road trip. But still. I think it shows that they at least care. If they didn't care they wouldn't fight. You know to worry when you (frank) up and your wife/girlfriend doesn't yell at you, especially if she normally would.

Not saying risto is the most outwardly happy guy but he does not seem like he wants to be in that photo

I would really be worried about the return on Kane. No way his value has gone up since we traded for him. They only got Larsson for Hall so kane could get us around a 4th round pick by the look of things.

I understand people are sick of hearing about E. Kane in the news. Sadly, I'd almost prefer we dealt him now too because even if he comes away without charges again, puts up 55-60pts (or that pace) on an improved team this season, and has no issues - none of the complainers are going to shut up. Its still going to be "ohhh yeah it was a fluke, he had one good year with us, its just a matter of time until hes in trouble again".

Heard from someone he's coming back. Means little. Take it with a grain.

McGinn is actually one of the few UFA's that I would like to see the Sabres sign.

Yeah, nothing jumps off the pages and tells me he is DEFINITELY going to do that. But I still think the guy is insanely talented so I'll hold out hope that he could mature a bit and improve his game enough to come close to his potential. I think that this 2016 team will include some of the better offensive players he's had as teammates (sorry Blake Wheeler and Andrew Ladd).

For such a long time our fans have hoped to god that much less talented players would turn into something they never looked like they could be (guys like Kotalik or Afinagenov come to mind). Hopefully now we can watch a dude who definitely has the talent, reach it.

So here is to hoping that as this whole team improves, he decides to elevate his game with them instead of stagnate.
