Someone with skills needs to put that into the Cats slapping Chia gif.

Hamilton has tons of holes in his game.
And did in Boston too.

Way overhyped

Played well in the second half this year, but was abysmal in the first half


While larsson has little to no hype because he struggled early in his career. Or was brought along slowly. Doesn't play a sexy offensive game. Defensive bottom 3rd team etc etc
But has proven he's more adept defensively and can handle bigger minutes against tougher competition.

I'd rather Adam larsson than Dougie Hamilton on the oilers .

I caught around 30 Jersey games last year. Larsson wasn't flashy. Probably best described simply as solid.
I remember on more than one occasion wishing that he was an Oiler.

I think larsson is undoubtedly better than Hamilton

Hamilton is a Really good pp guy with solid offensive instincts.
But I'm not even sure he's a quality top 4 guy 5v5

I think larsson, klefbom and sekera are the bones of a reasonable top 4. Maybe u think they're scrubs, but I don't. And saying they're better than Hamilton isn't a huge insult to Dougie imo

I just don't think he's that great of a defender at this point. Certainly overhyped anyway.
But huge potential to be a top pairing guy and great offensive instincts . Probably got a higher ceiling than either of Oscar or larsson. I'm just starting to believe it's more of a longshot he gets there than the other two
